I believe that a strong mind is the base of a meaningful and satisfying life. My background is in media and communications, and I have spent many years supporting people and purpose-driven organizations. I worked with women, new mothers, mothers of teens, and children from toddler to teen years. I work on stages of life, from postpartum to raising teenagers, from being an employee to facing workplace stress, and through major life transitions. We live in a time where everything moves fast and we are always shifting from one stage to another. As an immigrant and a mother of three who rebuilt her entire life from zero in a new country, I understand these transitions deeply. I have walked the same path that many immigrants walk today.
I also worked as an executive in global companies and lived the life of a high achiever. Because of my corporate experiences, I understand the pressure that working women face, and I can offer support that is both real and practical. Today, I bring my lived experience together with my clinical training in mental health and psychology.
I see mental health and well-being as a long-term project that needs a clear and holistic plan. My approach brings together evidence-based methods and an intuitive understanding shaped by my cultural and shamanic roots. This helps me guide people to become the leaders of their own life and growth. I support individuals who fight with stress, anxiety, depression, or burnout.
